Michelle Turner Mangan brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, strategic analytics, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and educational policy. Her work focuses on supporting data-informed decision-making, student success, strategic planning, and organizational improvement. Dr. Mangan previously served as a tenured professor, department chair, and strategic analytics executive. Her scholarship focuses on educational leadership, school finance policy, and educational equity.
